reflections:
TIRING! but ooh i love hurdles! the timing wasn't very good but i just like the feel of going over the hurdle! hurdle trainings are way more exciting than flat running. and i'm slowly getting over my fear of the hurdle. less shuffling before the hurdle. after all, the hurdle can't knock me down but i can knockit down! haha. :)
